Creamy Grasshopper Freeze

Ingredients
- 2 cups finely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 25)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (7oz.) jar marshmallow crème
- 1/4 cup green crème de menthe
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter; set aside 1/4 cup crumb mixture for garnish. Press remaining mixture into bottom of a 9-inch spring-foam pan. Chill 1 hour before filling.\
- Combine marshmallow crème and crème de menthe, mixing well; fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust, and sprinkle with the reserved crumbs. Freeze mixture 8 hours.
