Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 2 cans Eagle-Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 quarts milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl. Mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer canister. Add condensed milk. Stir well. Add dairy milk to fill line and freeze.

  2. makes 4 quarts
