festive Raspberry Frappe

Ingredients

  • 4 pkg. frozen whole red raspberries, plus syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

  1. Puree thawed raspberries and syrup in blender or food processor; strain to remove seeds. Combine puree with lemon juice and sugar. Stir in whipped creams and ice cream; chill. Fill individual serving dessert bowls; serve ice-cold.
