Slow Cooker Venison and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb. venison, thinly sliced
- I cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, thawed
- cooked rice (optional)
Directions
- Mix venison, broth, onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to cooker; stir. Add broccoli; stir. Cook 20 minutes or until mixture is thick. Serve over rice or by itself.
