Ingredients
- 32- oz. bag cur collard greens
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 ham hock
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
- Wash and pick over greens. Combine all ingredients in large, covered pot and boil for 2 1/2 hours. Do not allow to boil dry; stir every so often to keep from sticking.cc
