Collard Greens

Ingredients

  • 32- oz. bag cur collard greens
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ham hock
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Wash and pick over greens. Combine all ingredients in large, covered pot and boil for 2 1/2 hours. Do not allow to boil dry; stir every so often to keep from sticking.cc
