Cranberry Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups raw cranberries
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, cook sugar, water and cranberries for 15 minutes. Let cool. Pour into an electric blender; blend for 1 minute. Add grapefruit juice and blend 1/2 minute more. Pour into a freezable container and freeze overnight.
