Baked Ziti

Serves 5 people

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (8 oz) dry ziti pasta
- 1 T minced onion
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.

In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8×8 inch baking dish. Layer as follows:
- -1/2 of the ziti
- -Provolone cheese
- - Sour cream
- - 1/2 sauce mixture
- - Remaining ziti
- - Mozzarella cheese
- - Remaining sauce mixture.

Top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheeses are melted and bubbling
