Basic Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Meat choice:
- 8 ounces beef, chicken, or pork, thinly sliced across the grain
- Vegetable/fruit choices: (choose 2-3)
- 8 ounces fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
- 6 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1-2 bunches of green onion (sliced)
- 1/2 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 can bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple tidbits
- Other Main Ingredients:
- 4 oz thin spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sauce ingredients: (use all)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flake and ground black pepper; take out 1/4 of a cup and pour into a small bowl, add sliced meat choice, set aside. (you will use the rest of the sauce at the end)

In a large pot of boiling water, cook thin spaghetti according to package instructions; drain well.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add meat choice and cook, flipping once, until browned, about 3-4 minutes; set aside. (if you chose green onion add it to the pan when meat is nearly done)

Stir in vegetable/fruit choices to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in noodles, beef and soy sauce mixture until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve immediately.
