Frozen Chocolate Mousse

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup almond, chocolate or coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chocolate syrup (1/4 cup)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream with electric mixer until stiff. Fold in liqueur and syrup. Pour mixture into ungreased 9 × 9 × 2-inch square pan. Cover securely and freeze at least 4 hours, but no longer than 48 hours. Cut into squares.
