Frozen Coffee Charlotte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 cup instant coffee powder
  • 2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur or 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
  • 2 envelopes whipped topping mix
  • 4 ladyfingers, split and cut in half

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ladyfingers and beat as directed on topping package. Line sides of 1-quart mold with ladyfinger pieces. Pour topping mixture into mold and freeze until firm.
