Frozen Peaches and Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can (29 oz.) cling-peach halves, drained
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blot peaches dry with paper towels and place, cut side down, in 9-inch pie plate. Beat cream and sugar until very stiff; spoon a dollop onto each peach and sprinkle with cinnamon. Freeze. Remove from freezer 45 minutes before serving. Peaches should be slightly frosty.
