Ingredients
- 1 (13oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid (any flavor) 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 3/4 to 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
- Pour milk into bowl, and place in freezer until partially frozen. Remove from freezer and beat on high speed until fluffy and thick, about 2 or 3 minutes. Add Kool-Aid, sugar, Cool Whip, pecans and crushed pineapple. Beat to mix well.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan and freeze until firm.
