Shrimp and Andouille Sausage w/Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) package angel hair pasta
- 1/2 lb Andouille Sausage, sliced
- 3/4 lb medium shrimp, p&d
- 4 T Green Onions, chopped
- 1 C Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 C Peppers, Green or Red, diced
- 3 T Minced Garlic
- 1/2 C White Wine
- 1 1/2C Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 T Good Mustard
- 1 t Worcestershire
- 1 t Chouloula
- season to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta to al dente, 6-8 min.

Place sausage in deep skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned; drain. Mix in shrimp, green onions, mushrooms, peppers and garlic. Cook about 1 min(shrimp should be opaque). Remove from skillet and set aside.

ur wine into skillet and reduce by 1/2. Mix in heavy cream, reduce by 1/3. Stir in mustard, worcestershire and chouloula. Season w/ salt and pepper.

Return sausage mixture to skillet and blend with sauce. Cook and stir until heated through.

Serve over pasta!
