Ingredients

• 2 Chicken Breasts cut in strips
• 1/2 t garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
• 1/4 t salt
• 1/2 lemon or lime juice
• 1-2 T worchestershire
• 1/2 bottle of beer
• Beef - rub beef with salt, pepper and garlic and cut into strips
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red, yellow or orange pepper
• 1 mild onion
• shredded lettuce
• shredded cheese
• sour cream
• guacamole

Directions

1. mix all ingredients and marinate 1 hour or more

2. cook with onions and peppers in hot skillet. Serve on tortillas with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, lettuce etc
