Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pure vanilla (divided)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 13 oz. can Carnation milk
- 1 5oz. can carnation milk
- about 1/2 gallon whole milk
Directions
- Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Mix flour, sugar and salt together in small bowl, and then add to eggs. Cream together on medium speed for 2 minutes, adding a little of the carnation milk, if necessary; then add the remainder of the Carnation milk, mix well, and pour into gallon freezer. Finish filling

freezer to within 1-inch of top with whole milk, which will take about 1/2 gallon.
- Freeze for about 15 minutes or until hard to turn.
