Hawaiian Macadamian Sundae

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup salted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup whipping or heavy cream
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 quart Baskin-Robbins Nutty Coconut or Fresh Coconut Ice Cream
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan, mix in nuts; heat,

stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted. Stir in brown sugar and cream. Bring just to a boil and simmer until blended, stirring constantly. Let cool slightly. Spoon warm sauce over individual scoops of Ice Cream. (Sauce can be made ahead, refrigerated and warmed just before serving.)
