Honey Apricot Fruit Freeze

Ingredients
- 1 30-oz. can apricot halves
- 1/2 cup Miracle whip
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Lettuce
- Maraschino cherries
- mint
Directions
- Dain apricots, reserving syrup and six apricot halves. Cut remaining apricots in half. Combine salad dressing, honey, 2 Tbsp. syrup, apricots and almonds; fold in whipping cream. Pour into 9-inch pie plate; freeze. Arrange halved apricots on top of pie. Garnish with cherry and mint. Serve on lettuce.
