Honey Apricot Fruit Freeze

Ingredients

  • 1 30-oz. can apricot halves
  • 1/2 cup Miracle whip
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Lettuce
  • Maraschino cherries
  • mint

Directions

  1. Dain apricots, reserving syrup and six apricot halves. Cut remaining apricots in half. Combine salad dressing, honey, 2 Tbsp. syrup, apricots and almonds; fold in whipping cream. Pour into 9-inch pie plate; freeze. Arrange halved apricots on top of pie. Garnish with cherry and mint. Serve on lettuce.
