Honey-Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 heaping cup pureed peaches
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice OR fruity vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer mixture to an ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
  2. Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. makes about 1 1/2 quarts
