Ingredients
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 heaping cup pureed peaches
- 1 tsp. lemon juice OR fruity vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer mixture to an ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
- Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
