Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 1 T cognac
- 4 eggs, separated
- whipped cream
Directions

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add sugar and water;stir until well blended. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating vigorously. Remove from heat. Stir in cognac. Cool slightly. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Chill for 6 hours.
