Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef or turkey
• 11/4 ounces taco seasoning
• 1 can corn
• 8 ounce container onion/chive cream cheese
• 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
• 41/2 c salsa
• lasagne noodles

Directions

1. Cook meat. Add corn, taco seasoning a little water. Cook 5 minutes until thickened. Add cream cheese. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Spread salsa in 9×13 pan and layer, salsa, noodles, cheese mixture 3 times. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.

2. Bake @ 375F 30 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
