Green Olive Relish with Coriander

Ingredients
- 1 (12oz.) jar pimiento-stuffed olives, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 8 hours. Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
