Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. chopped dried fruit
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions
- Cook butter and sugar in a large skillet over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Stir in onion; cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in dried fruit and remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until fruit is tender.
