Italian Frosty Supreme

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 3/ cup crushed shortbread cookies
  • 1/3 cup ground nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz. carton (1 cup) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (do not substitute)
  • 1 can Pillsbury Ready-To-Spread Milk Chocolate Frosting Supreme
  • Nuts, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-nch square or 9-inch springform pan. In small bowl, combine crushed cookies, nuts, sugar and margarine; mix until crumbly. Press crumb mixture in bottom of prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes; cool.
  2. In large bowl, combine yogurt, cheese and frosting; beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
  3. Pour over prepared crust. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. If desired, garnish with nuts after 1 hour of freezing.
