Italian Frosty Supreme

Ingredients
- Crust
- 3/ cup crushed shortbread cookies
- 1/3 cup ground nuts
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- Filling:
- 8 oz. carton (1 cup) vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (do not substitute)
- 1 can Pillsbury Ready-To-Spread Milk Chocolate Frosting Supreme
- Nuts, if desired
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-nch square or 9-inch springform pan. In small bowl, combine crushed cookies, nuts, sugar and margarine; mix until crumbly. Press crumb mixture in bottom of prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes; cool.
- In large bowl, combine yogurt, cheese and frosting; beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

Pour over prepared crust. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. If desired, garnish with nuts after 1 hour of freezing.
