Italian Strawberry Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • juice of 1 small lemon

Directions

  1. Wash and hull berries, then puree in blender. Boil sugar and 1 cup water together 5 minutes. Cool. Combine with berry puree, then stir in lemon juice. Freeze, stirring occasionally, to a mush.
