Peanut Butter Fritos Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 1/4 to 11 oz.) bag Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 cup white or brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Directions

  1. Line a large jelly roll pan or two cake and with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
  2. Arrange the Fritos on the prepared pan in a single layer. In a medium saucepan, combine the corn syrup and sugar over medium-high. heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drizzle peanut butter mixture evenly over Fritos. Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
