Ingredients
- 1 envelope gelatin, unflavored
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Together well in a bowl. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice. Cool until as thick as unbeaten egg white. Beat until fluffy. Add 3 egg whites and beat until thick enough to hold its shape. Mold and chill until firm.
