Ingredients
- 23 chocolate wafer cookies
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 6 Tbsp. (1/2 of 6oz. can) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
Directions
- Quarter 5 cookies; set aside. Line a 9-inch pie plate with cookies (7 on bottom, 11 around side, using 6 cookie quarters to fill in the spaces on bottom). Stir ice cream to soften; spread one-third over cookies in pie plate. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. concentrate over ice cream, repeat twice, alternating ice cream and concentrate. Put remaining cookies, quartered, point down, in the ice cream over pie top. Freeze
