Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c toasted wheat germ
- 1 c quick oats
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 3 c pureed bananas
- 3 egg whites, beated until stiff
- 1 1/2 c dates
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 T honey

Combine dry ingredients. Fold eggs into bananas. Add dry ingredients and dates to banana and egg mixture. Bake at 325F 10-12 minutes. 10-12 muffkies
