Popovers

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 t salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups or 8 muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, flour and salt. Stir with fork until smooth. Do not overbeat. Fill greased custard cups 1/2 full or muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 40-45 minutes. Remove immediately.
