Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup maple-flavored corn syrup
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
Directions
- Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy. Gradually add brown sugar, then corn syrup, beating until mixture is thick. Stir in cream, milk, vanilla and maple flavoring. Turn into freezing trays. Freeze until almost firm (about 1 hour).
- Turn partially-frozen mixture into chilled bowl. Cut ice cream apat and beat until smooth. Return to trays and freeze until firm.
