Ingredients
- 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 unbeaten egg whites
Directions
- Soak gelatin in 2Tbsp. of the milk. Dissolve by placing dish in pan of hot water. Mix sugar and lemon juice very thoroughly. Stir in the dissolved gelatin. Slowly add the milk to lemon and gelatin mixture. Pour in freezer container, and freeze until firm. Then transfer mixture to a bowl, add unbeaten egg whites and beat until light and fluffy. Return to refrigerator and continue freezing until firm.
