Ingredients
- 4 c sliced potatoes
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 1/2 t salt
- dash pepper
- 1/4 t onion salt
- 2 c milk
- 1/3 c each cheddar, swiss, Parmesan shredded
Directions

Put potatoes in 2 quart buttered casserole. Melt butter in saucepan, blend flour, seasonings and milk. Cook until thickened. Add cheeses, melt and then pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350F until potatoes are tender
