Ingredients
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Combine milk, sugar and chocolate and bring to boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat with rotary-type beater until smooth, about 1 minute. This sauce is delicious over vanilla ice cream.
