Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. grated clementine or orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt, divided
- 1/3 cup whole almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped
Directions
- Whisk cream, half-and-half, honey clementine peel and 1/4 tsp. of the salt in a large bowl until blended.
- Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Remove from ice cream maker; stir in almonds and remaining 1/4 tsp. salt. Place in covered container, freeze 5 to 6 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
