Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 6 cups milk
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add peanut butter, beating until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Let ripen at least 1 1/2 hours.
