Ingredients
- 1 lb. sliced fresh or frozen peaches, thawed if using frozen
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 8 paper cups ( 30 to4 oz.)
- 8 craft sticks
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine peaches and sugar and process until smooth.
- Pour about 1 oz. (2 Tbsp.)peach puree into each cup. Freeze 30 minutes or until thickened and slightly firm. using a small scoop, place a generous tablespoon of two of ice cream in cup, then insert sticks. Fill each cup with more peach puree. Return molds to freezer and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
