PUMPKIN MOUSSE

Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
- 2 pkg. (3-4oz each) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip
Directions

Beat first 4 ingredients in a large bowl

Use a whisk – mixture will be thick

Spoon into dessert glasses

Refrigerate for 4 hrs.

Sprinkle with crushed walnuts/spiced wafers
