Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. banana liqueur, optional
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream, whipped
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Hot Fudge Sauce
- 1 pt. Banana Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- 1 cup crushed peanut brittle
Directions
- Fold sugar (and liqueur, if used) into whipped cream. Refrigerate. Blend peanut butter and hot fudge. Working quickly, spread Banana Ice Cream evenly in an 8 inch square pan. With knife, mark off 9 squares, 3 across and 3 down. With back of spoon, make an indentation in center of each square. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter-fudge

mixture into each indentation. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crusted peanut brittle around indentations/ Spread Chocolate Chip Ice Cream over all; gently press down to level top. Swirl whipped cream over all; gently press down to level top. Swirl whipped cream mixture over top; sprinkle with remaining crushed peanut brittle. (Peanut butter-fudge filling will be centered in each square.) Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. To serve, cut into 9 squares.
