Ingredients
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup of rice (cooked until tender)
- 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli (cooked until tender)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 can cream soup (your choice: mushroom, chicken, or celery)
- 1 cup chopped or grated cheese

Saute celery & onion in butter

Combine all ingredients, salt & pepper to taste

Bake at 350 in 2qt casserole about 40 minutes or until bubbly
