Ingredients
- 2 lbs squash
- 1 stick butter
- 1 grated onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 package (4 ounces) seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

Cut up squash & cook until tender

Drain thoroughly.

Add remaining ingredients reserving half of bread crumbs for topping.

Sprinkle a few seasoned crumbs over top

Bake at 350 until bubbly
