Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 up light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instruction. Let ripen at least 1 hour before serving.
