Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant lemon pudding
- 1 can (l lb. 5oz.) cherry fruit filling
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- whipped cream
Directions
- Beat milk, sour cream and pudding mix on low in small mixer bowl; beat until well blended, about 2 minutes. Chill until fairly firm. Combine cherry filling and almond extract. For each parfait layer 1/4 cup pudding and 2 Tbsp. cherry filling. Repeat, reserving 1 cherry for top of each parfait. Chill up to 1 hour. To serve, top with whipped cream and cherry.
