Ingredients
- 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
Directions
- Soak the gelatin in 2 Tbsp. of the milk. Melt by setting dish in a pan of hot water. Beat egg yolks with sugar until light and lemon colored. Add gelatin, milk, salt and vanilla. Whip cream and fold into above mixture. Place in freezer-safe container and place in freezer. Freeze until firm. Remove to a chilled bowl, and the unbeaten egg whites and beat until fluffy. Return to freezer until firm.
