Steven’s Ice Ream Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8oz.) crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 jar of Raspberry Melba Sauce
  • 1 container (6oz.) fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries, mashed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 carton Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream
  • 1 jar Hershey's Shell Topping

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Open rolls and place them in a muffin pan with the long tip draped outside the pan. (When baked they will form a scoop shape.) Place one tablespoon of Melba Sauce on each crescent roll. Bake for 9 minutes.
  2. While rolls bake, decorate dessert plates with mashed raspberries and sauce. Melt white chocolate in a microwave oven for 1 minute or until smooth. Drop chocolate by small drizzles around the outside edge of the raspberry sauce. Drag a toothpick through the middle of the drops to form heart patterns in the sauce.
  3. Place a browned roll in the center of each plate and put a scoop of ice cream in the middle of each. Drizzle shell topping over the dessert. Serve immediately.
