Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cups light cream
Directions
- Beat all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Pour into freezer-safe container or loaf pan. Freeze 1 hour or until firm around edges. Remove sherbet from freezer and stir. Cover with foil. Freeze 1 1/2 hours longer, or until firm.
