Ingredients

• 4 cups strawberry fat-free frozen yogurt
• 1 cup fat-free sour cream
• 1 (8oz.) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

1. Place a large bowl in freezer. Let yogurt stand at room temperature 45 minutes or until softened.
2. Place sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl. Beat with a mixer at medium speed 1 minute or until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Beat in vanilla.
3. With a rubber spatula or stand mixer, combine softened yogurt and cheese mixture in chilled bowl. Cover, freeze to desired consistency.
