Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3/4 cups thawed Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 pint strawberries, sweetened and mashed (or use 1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed and pureed)
Directions
- Pour milk into bowl and add pudding mix. Beat slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until blended, about 2 minutes. Blend in whipped topping and strawberries. Pour into shallow pan and freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Serve in ice cream cones or dessert dishes.
