Walnut Crunch Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 bananas
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Beat together sugar, walnuts and egg. Spread out on cookie sheet, spread pretty thin. Cook until crisp at 350 degrees.
- Mix together pudding mix, bananas, Cool Whip and sour cream.
- Crunch up the baked pan of walnuts, when it is brown enough. Put half in bottom of a 81/2 × 8 1/2, or 9 x9-inch baking dish. Pour pudding mixture on top, then top with the rest of the walnut crunch.
