Tory’s Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust for 9-inch pie plate
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Cool Whip for topping

Directions

  1. Bake pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan at 450 degrees for 8 to 11 minutes, then let cool.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs. Mix. Add the flour and cocoa. Stir until combined. Add the chocolate chips. Pour into the pie crust.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool to just wqarm, and top with Cool Whip.
