Party Cheese Wreath

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8oz.) pkg. shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. each chopped red bell pepper and finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Dash ground red pepper

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire, lemon juice and ground red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate several hours over over night.
  3. Place drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop round tablespoons of mixture to form ring around glass, just touching outer edge; smooth with spatula.
  4. Remove glass. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional chopped red bell pepper. Serve with crackers.
